Uspiritus is currently seeking a Community Based Case Manager
The Community Based Case Manager—FPP Provides services for the Family Preservation, Reunification, and Diversion Programs. Case Manager will be responsible for all casework and therapeutic interventions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field, and experience working with multi-problem families and familiarity with crisis intervention, developing behaviorally specific goals and the ability to teach skills.
Microsoft Office suite, payroll and time and attendance software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Current Driver’s License, Valid Auto Insurance
