This position will be responsible for the die casting and machining operations of rotor product production.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Three to twelve months in rotors and familiarity with two or more core components of the rotor cell
Requires adding and subtracting, multiplying, and dividing decimals and fractions to maintain paperwork, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain quality. Ability to run a diversified equipment operation. Use of gauges or instruments requiring some interpretation. Ability to read and interpret diagrams and blue prints. Must have the ability to program automated equipment common to a metal machining operation.
Good communication skills to relay information to other operators and supervision
Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, handling, grasping, feeling, and hearing. Worker exposed to a range of temperatures to cause body discomfort. Worker exposed to sufficient noise level requiring hearing protection. Proximity to moving mechanical parts.
