Full-time position available with our Transportation Services in Warren County. The position directs and manages all transportation responsibilities for the agency’s needs including Community Action Regional Transit (C.A.R.T.) and all contracted transit operations including but not limited to: GO BG Transit, in a cost-effective and excellent organizational and operational manner, ensuring all processes and procedures meet all standards of compliance of Local, State, and Federal regulations. This position is designated a safety sensitive position.
Minimum requirements are a Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, previous experience with federally funded programs, previous experience in a role requiring excellent attention to detail, transit experience preferred, proven leadership experience in a direct supervisory or managerial role of a large number of employees, or a combination of education, experience, skills, and knowledge to satisfy requirements of the position. Must meet the requirements for a criminal records check, a clean driving record, be able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen, have or be able to obtain a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
